For the confirmation of your registration, the entry fee of your boat should be paid until 3 October 2025, 23:59 (local) hrs.
The entry fees are below;
Entry fee for a boat – 900 EURO
Entry fee for a crew member (per person) – 120 EURO
Late payment and entry fee for the boats is additional EUR100 after 3 October 2025, 23:59 (local) hrs. This rule doesn’t apply for the crew fee.

All registered yachts must send a copy of their 2025 ORC Certificate to MIRW Race Office (miyc@miyc.org) until 22 October 2025, 17:00 (local) hrs.
The boats that will race in CHARTER category, must send the copy of their charter contract and charter licence to MIRW Race Office.

The participating boats can have free mooring in the Marmaris Municipality Marina between 25 October – 1 November (until 12:00 hrs) 2025.
​
The boats which do not have mooring contract with Netsel Marmaris Marina can stay in Netsel Marmaris Marina with 60% discount during the organization days.
